Microsoft and Verizon go "Pink"

Rumor has it that Microsoft and Verizon are working together to release a hot new phone to counter against the iPhone. It is a supposed smartphone called "Pink." This would bring needed excitement to the smartphone market if it is able to deliver substantial usability. The two are already in partnership in making an exclusive search engine for Verizon Wireless Phones.

It seems as though Verizon has alot of projects in the proverbial pipes, because the word on the streets as well is that in 2010 they will begin to provide iPhones to its customers.

I know that I am in anticipation of the Treo Pre which I am in hopes comes to Verizon within the next year.
